History
Portal Web Hosting is a division of Northern Valley Communications, a telecommunications company in northeastern South Dakota. Founded in March of 1997, NVC brings state-of-art telecommunications, Internet and video services to Aberdeen and its surrounding communities, along with quality local customer service. NVC is a wholly owned subsidiary of James Valley Cooperative Telephone Company, which has been serving northeastern South Dakota since 1951.
