Problem:
I have looked through the knowledgebase articles but need additional help with my issue(s). Where other methods of support are available?
Solution:
You can always send an email to support@portalwebhosting.com, which will create a ticket that will be responded to as soon as possible. This is monitored throughout the day.
Another option is to go to portalwebhosting.com and seeing if a representative is on LiveSupport. Towards the bottom left of the page there is an icon that will let you know if LiveSupport is currently available. If a representative is on, the icon will say Online. LiveSupport is usually available M-F 8 AM - 5 PM CST.
